David Wagner began tracking his first Canaan Dog, Sara, when she was 6 months old in 2010.

The two went through the K9 Leadership tracking program. Sara found the program mentally satisfying, so they completed the entire Tracking and Wilderness Search program to the highest levels.

David is now working with his second Canaan Dog, Akiva, teaching her to track.

David provides instruction for Variable Surface Tracking Levels 1 and 2 on the North Shore and in Langley.

David instructs Dog Leadership Level 1 and 2 , “Ultimate Recall” and the “Puppy Program” in collaboration with Maureen. David teaches marker training to solidify clarity and build the relationship between the handler and dog and takes pride in bringing it all together in his group pack walks.

With over 15 years of experience in tracking and obedience, David continues to learn and refine his approach to dog training to fit the needs of you and your dog, attending Clicker Expo and MET Conference annually and ongoing seminars and education.

David offers one-on-one private sessions for dogs of all ages for those who need extra help or cannot fit into a regular class schedule.
