Booking FAQs

Q: How do I book classes?

A: All bookings are done online. You’ll need to create an account if you haven’t done so already. Once you have an account, visit our Book a Class page to access schedules and bookings.

Q: How do I create an account?

A:

  1. Click here to create your account.
  2. Once you’ve clicked Sign Up, you’ll enter your basic information. Then click “CONTINUE TO PETS” button. You’ll need to add your pet’s information in order to book any classes with us.
  3. Please add your pet’s information and click “CONTINUE”. You’ll have the option to add more pets if you wish. You can also upload an image of your pet on the next page.
  4. Once you’re done adding pets, please click the “CONTINUE” button to add your veterinary information, and emergency contact. Once you’ve added your emergency contact, please click “SUBMIT” to complete your account setup.

You now have a booking account with us! You can now book classes as well as manage your classes and account information.

Class FAQs

Q: What safety precautions are you taking?

A: At this time all of our classes are held outdoors. There is rarely an occasion where anyone needs to be closer than 6ft apart, but we ask that you bring a mask along just in case it’s needed.

Q: Where are your classes held?

A: We are based in North Vancouver and all of our classes are held outdoors at this time. We use a variety of locations depending on the class, including South Burnaby, Coquitlam and Langley. The location of each class is indicated on the booking site.

Q: What do I need to bring to class?

A: Please bring a 6ft leash, a martingale collar or well-fitted harness, lots of treats (high and low value), bags and a cot/bed for obedience classes. Please note we do not allow the use of prong collars during our classes.

Q: How many students per class?

A: 3 to 4 students depending on the class.
